Bring Joy to Children with Cancer

About Our Bring Joy Program

Hospitalized patient families spend days, often weeks confined. The gift of toys and books can make a world of difference! A surprise special lunch or merienda (snack) would bring smiles to everyone’s’ faces — children, parents, and hospital staff alike.

The global pandemic has had an impact on our toy and book donations and food drives this year and we are so grateful for your potential gift.

Donations of books and toys may be dropped off directly at the CTSFI office or may be sent through Grab / Lalamove / other delivery options. We will sanitize all donations in line with current COVID guidelines.

Please coordinate with us directly regarding sponsorships of lunch or merienda for the patients and their families.

Toy and Book Donation Guidelines

To help us prevent infection and maintain patient safety and well-being:

  • You will not be able to deliver your gifts to patients directly.
  • Toys should be sturdy and free of any sharp or breakable parts
  • Books should be appropriate for children.
  • All arts and crafts materials (crayons, glue, paint, etc.) must be non-toxic.
  • New items in packaging are preferred

If the items don’t fall within our guidelines or are unsafe or inappropriate for our patients, we reserve the right to politely decline donations.
